Understanding What You're Buying
We're committed to transparency and helping you find the perfect item at the right price. That's why we offer a variety of product conditions to suit your needs and budget.
New
Pristine, unopened, and exactly as you'd find it in a retail store. These items are either factory sealed or carefully inspected for perfection.
Like New
Gently used with minimal signs of wear. These items function perfectly and look nearly flawless, a fantastic value for the budget-conscious shopper.
Open Box
Like new or new items that may be missing minor accessories (cables, remotes, etc.). Expect excellent condition and a great price.
No returns are accepted on open box items.
Used & Working
Fully functional and tested, these items may have some cosmetic wear and tear. If looks aren't a top priority, you'll find amazing deals.
Uninspected
Items sold as-is, with unknown condition. These are often used items that we cannot test for the following reasons:
- (T) - Time constraints (items need to be listed quickly and await inspection)
- (M) - Missing parts
- (D) - Damage
- (S) - Special tools or equipment required for testing
Perfect for those who enjoy DIY projects or seeking a potential bargain.
Uninspected items are sold as-is, and no returns are accepted due to their condition. Consider these items a gamble with potential for unexpected rewards.

Unfunctional
These items have been tested and have either fully (UF) or partially (UP) unfunctional components. While they may not work as intended, they offer several possibilities:
- Bargain for DIYers: If you enjoy fixing things, you might find a hidden gem at a significant discount. Get a replacement part to restore a product to full functionality. Sometimes it is just a disconnected cable.
- Source for Spare Parts: Even if the entire item is unfunctional, some parts (especially with UP products) may still work perfectly for use in other repairs or projects.
- Creative Upcycling: Let your imagination run wild! Repurpose non-working components into art, decor, or unique inventions.
No returns are accepted on these items due to their as-is condition.
Our Inspection Guarantee
Every item (except brand-new items in factory-sealed boxes and those marked "Uninspected") is carefully inspected and will be inspected again before shipping to ensure it meets its promised condition. Your satisfaction is our priority!
You can always request a video of the inspection to email it to you. We cannot provide inspection for uninspected items.
If you want us to test a brand-new item, highly encouraged, we'll need to open the box first. This means the seal won't be perfect anymore, but we'll make sure it works!
